A: We are a manufacturer; some metal parts are traded.

Q: Do you have goods in stock? Can you ship them immediately after payment?

A: We only maintain a small quantity of inventory, and we receive orders daily, so we need to check inventory levels when an order is

placed.

Q: Do you support small trial orders?

A: Yes.

A：The price is based on the quantity, packaging and customized option. Please contact us in email or Whatsapp. We will send you

Q：What customization options are available?

A：We can laser engrave your logo on our products, with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces. You provide the logo, and we will create

the design. Our standard packaging is an OPP bag, but you can customize your own designed cardboard box.

Q：Can you send me the sample for free?

A：Some products may be provided free of charge, but we will still charge for shipping.  but will return the amount to you after you make

the bluk order next time

Q：how much the shipping?

A：This is based on the quantity and shipping method. In general ,we would give you the quote in air shipment and sea shipment for your

choice.

Q：I have agent in China,how much the shipping?

A：Please share with me your address , and what is the mark I need to mention on the box? We can ship the goods to your agent.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Both Paypal and bank transfer are ok.

Q： What should be done if the product encounters quality problems?

A: We will confirm details with you during the sample stage, and after production begins, we will send you pictures and videos of the bulk

products. We will conduct a thorough inspection of each item before shipping. If you find any quality issues with the products after

receiving them, we will resend them.
